In this ongoing group, we share and discuss our dreams, paying special attention to "shadow-work." Jung discovered that the shadow figures in our dreams, though often appearing dark, contain our greatest undeveloped potential. In this class we work intimately with our dreams to greater understand “the other” that is within us, bringing light into those dark places. |

Jumpstart |
|
|
In this ongoing weekly writing group, founded by beloved friend and teacher, Annie Jacobsen, we do spontaneous 'writes' using creative writing prompts. The results are always wonderful and unexpected and the material is often a fertile jumping-off-point for larger writing projects. |

The Heroine's Journey Mythical Retreat |
|
|
Your dreams are the story of your mythological adventure through life. Once you learn to speak & read their symbolic language, you will recognize yourself as the heroine in a journey of your own making. In this workshop, we use the mythological structure of the Heroine's Journey as a model for understanding the defining events of our lives as meaningful steps towards wholeness. Using fairy tales, dreams and creative ritual as our tools, we will honour our inner-resources and engage with the stages in our mythical quest with greater consciousness. |
