Painting Your Dreams |
|
| In this course, The
Art of Dreamwork, we explored some of the many creative
ways in which we can work with the symbolism of our dreams.
In one particular class, we painted our dream images, then
discussed them with the group. Though many of us have little to no
painting experience, we found it to be a powerful and freeing
exercise. It seems there are some things that the creative process
can touch, that other methods can not quite reach.
John brought his digital camera, so we were able to capture some of the highlights from our colorful group. We hold our classes in a local yoga studio, where we have an ample selection of mats, pillows & blankets to keep us cozy while we learn about and share our dreams. |
